BABCOCK ROOM

The Babcock Room is located on the first floor of the Inn, has one king bed and a futon for sleeping needs of up to four guests.
There is also an en suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower.
The room also has its own ductless heating and cooling unit, 55” Smart TV, console/desk with two chairs, Keurig coffee machine, and a mini fridge.
The Babcock Room at the historic Tellico Plains Inn is the perfect room when looking for an Inn / Hotel on The Cherohala Skyway.
The Babcock Room is the largest room at the Inn and is the only room on the first floor.
You will want to be sure to walk down to Tellico Grains Bakery next door or Trout Mountain Coffee Shop across the street!

COLE ROOMS

The Cole Room is located on the second floor and has two twin beds for two guests.
The bathroom is detached but is specifically dedicated to this bedroom.
The room also has its own ductless heating and cooling unit, 55” Smart TV, closet, console/desk with two chairs, and a mini fridge.
This bedroom is a great option for any guest, and it has been particularly appealing to parents that desire a separate space for their children within close proximity (next door) to the parents’ own king bedroom.

The Munz Room is located on the second floor of the Inn, has one king bed, console/desk with stools, mini fridge, 55” Smart TV, and the room has its own ductless heating and cooling unit.
The full bathroom is detached and dedicated (not shared) and is conveniently located on the same floor, typically adjacent to or directly across from the bedroom.

The Stewart Room is located on the second floor of the Inn, has one king bed, console/desk with stools, mini fridge, 55” Smart TV, and the room also has its own ductless heating and cooling unit.
This charming room boasts a full ensuite bathroom with a large and luxurious, walk-in tile shower.
