Tellico Plains Inn impressed me with how clean and tidy it was. You kind of take that for granted nowadays, but at the Tellico, you could tell the owner takes great care to make you feel welcome while giving you your privacy. The towels, LOL! So many towels! Thick! Luxurious. My wife and I were on a motorcycle ride, so we didn't pack much. In our room, we felt more pampered than at home.

Between the location (walking distance to restaurants and bars), the old fashioned sitting room downstairs, and the terrific room itself, we were really happy. Definitely staying there next time we drop down from the mountains. Recommend highly.
